Thanks for putting in the work.

1. We are not a committee, so that should be changed everywhere
2. Not certain that two sub-groups are sufficient, given discussion this
past Friday
3. There are components to this that are worth further, deeper discussion.

We should think about what other items need discussing on the pre-call.

Hello everyone (particularly those that are going to be on the
"pre-call"):

I believe that one of our responsibilities for the first call of the
larger UA team is to describe how the new community UA team is going to
operate and how we will incorporate the efforts of volunteers.

I've tried a brief slide deck to describe my ideas. If those on the
pre-call agree, we can review this model on the call.

Questions by anyone are welcome.
