[UA-discuss] Proposed working model for pre-call

Kurt,

At the meeting in Singapore we discussed wanting to have an early sketch of a charter for our call next week. Jordyn discussed some ideas and suggested he and I meet before his vacation so I could take a crack at an initial draft. We did meet, and I have a document started in anticipation of the organizing call this coming week. Some of the 'full text description' we want could come there. I can attempt to synthesize your thoughts here into that, and get it to the group.
