Thanks, Christian,

Let me correct the word "question" from my previous mail, into 
"suggestion on the proposed material", because I completely understood 
the meaning of the "small coordinating body".
The three people of that small group must be filled with materials and 
requests from the Project Group Coordinators (PGC). I don't see the 
point of that small group without PGCs in this group.
I think that a group of about (or "up to") 11 people with one chair and 
two co-chair is functional, reasonable and effective - UASG leadership 
as You describe.
