I suspect there will be time to pull together a good deck before IGF. Could somebody who plans to be at IGF and also wants to work on marketing and outreach volunteer to make a submission to IGF?

Last year's IGF had about 2400 onsite participants, including about 25% from governments & IGOs, 25% private sector, and 110 participants from media. I understand that the private sector representatives includes many Fortune 500 companies. There is little overlap with the ICANN crowd.

There is no fee for sponsorship. I read the proposal requirements and evaluation criteria - I and members of the DNA Tech and Marketing Committees (along with any UASG members who volunteer) can write the proposal, which is due at the end of March. The UASG and DNA can easily bring excellent speakers to the panel.

If we do make a proposal, the types of expertise required for the speaking panel will be identified and UASG members can volunteer for that at that time.
