[UA-discuss] UA ICANN Dublin draft agenda

CentralNic represents a number of new gTLD registry operators that have 
identified UA as a key issue. Our participation at ICANN Dublin and 
actively in the UAWG will feed through our RO observations, 
requirements, existing and ongoing challenges.
