Dennis, Rich, et al…

1)	Actively pursue is imagined as you outline Dennis.  Through normal channels.

2)	I’m always supportive of pilots.  Easier to expand than contract.

3)	Rich - Good points about following up.  I would expect the tool that we use will have those as standard facilities - allowing people to check back and automatically advising as changes to the ticket occurs - but we’ll be explicit about that.

4)	Reporting-wise - I suspect once an organisation addresses the UA issue it will be addressed and there will be no more issues?   We’ll have to see how this works out in real life.
