Hi,

Be careful about the USAG vs. IETF Trust bit in here.

The IETF Trust actually gets a perpetual license on IETF
contributions, and the Trust is a legal instrument (there is an IETF
Trust; I'm one of the Trustees by being the lucky winner of the IAB
chair at the moment).  I suggest running that part of the text by some
relevant lawyer.  (The IETF's counsel worked out exactly how the Trust
stuff worked for the IETF.)

Otherwise, I don't object to the text.
