Hi Schweta (and all)

It is a tactical matter within Twitter on how they handle URLs.   I
typically had been tweeting Steve Coates @scoates who is Twitter's TM
lawyer when seeing these and he has a hallway chat with the folks
internally and it resolves, but he's not been as responsive as of late, and
it is an informal process, so expectations are not to be placed on him.
