Hi Don,

I know that after Philip Hazel retired Nigel Metheringham (
https://github.com/nigelm) took over the EXIM MTA and he should be well
reachable by e-mail and I think he is the first person to talk to.

I hope this info is useful in case you cannot find a direct introduction by
someone who knows him well.
