my name is Aleksey Shelkovin, I represent Yandex.Mail tech team.

Now we support IDN email delivery from nearly 20% our new web users, exactly for all mail.yandex.ru/u2709 users, and we plan to provide such service for all web users soon.
We are also going to evaluate the complexity of IDN registration at Yandex, I hope it would take us couple of month.
