小山 = my adopted chinese name
电邮 = email
在线 = online

If you want such an email address then download the DataMail App (iOS or Android) and register an email address in one of the many languages.

Tip: You do have to select the language of the IDN you want. Subsequent instructions will be in the language you selected. So if, for example, you select Chinese you will be able register a 电邮.在线 email address.

If though you select English you will only be able to register an ASCII datamail.in<http://datamail.in/> email address.
