Simply for a clarification:

The translation is done by JPNIC including me, with the assistance of MoU 
framework group of JPRS+JPNIC+ICANN APAC Hub which is for document translation.

APNIC people may have been cheering from the south, but no direct involvement, 
as far as I know.
