If there’s a twitter account that is never going to be used then shouldn’t it be deleted? Or is it being monitored anyway?

Ah, right. I remember now. Thank you. The next time we speak with the comms team we can go over how this plays out when somebody on twitter engages us, but overall I am comfortable with this decision.
