[UA-discuss] Emoji domain names redux

To say more, 

We might see something similar to LGRs for emojis, 
due some of those not distinguishable by colour blinded people.

For example this portal filters our colours according to types of issues

and if you check something with full list of 11.0 emojis ...

P.s: it is another can of worms
