I didn't download it yet. I am generally reluctant to hand over my  
personal contact details in exchange for the right to read someone else's  
advertising. So I might be short-selling it.

I note that .yandex is also a domain - but as far as I know they didn't  
take .яндекс...

I find anonymised versions of a business case lose a lot of ability to  
convince. The costs and benefits to a significant extent depend on  
specifics of a case.

So I would prefer to see either real cases with names, or very simple  
explanations of the benefits that others have found, which enable the  
audience to work out which are relevant to them - and recognise taht not  
all motives will matter to everyone (whether they should or not).

I note that most of my experience in this sort of thing comes from areas  
like accessibility, or genereal "you should work in and with standards"  
rather than being EAI-related. So almost certainly your mileage will vary  
- but perhaps not by a lot.
