As an existing Neustar customer, they already have my contact details so
downloading this is not an issue.


Looking at the Index it seems like a  check list of steps that we had given
the folks in our legal department when they started talking about doing a
.Brand.
They were like "All this?" so it was good to set proper expectations.

yes, the index (which I think you could copy easily) would be a nice
starting point.
