I think Yes , we share this expectation.
And this is what we work in the TF-AIDN :

TF-AIDN has 35 members hailing from 18 countries across the globe, from the the
(very big) Arabic-speaking world as you say  !
The members come from a variety of backgrounds  and cover a wide range of
Asian and African languages using the Arabic script.
