Hi Ram,

What the news misses is most building blocks of indian language interenet
technology is built by independent volunteer contributors and foss
communities. Apart from FOSS communities , Google , Redhat and Wikimedia
have their shares in foss part . and Microsoft have their shares in
standards part. And Mucrosoft have their shares in standards and opentype
part.

 This enabled solution for indian language complex script display and
processing and enabled indian language web and internet. Projecting EAI as
"indian language internet" is simply a tall caim. No matter whoever do that.

Looks like the CIO teamup with NIXI & IAMAI as per the report is ignoring
the langauge civictech communities who built Indian language web and
internet
