There is no question that all these solutions are a group effort; there is
neither an intent to ignore nor an attempt to. Credit where credit is due.

That EAI enables Indian language internet is not a tall claim. That IDN
enables Indian language internet is not a tall claim, either. The logic of
the argument holds together; EAI is not Indian language internet, but
without giving people the ability to type "Ram at Mohan.Bharat" in Hindi and
have it be processed correctly by Outlook and Google search, Indian
language on the DNS, from the lay person point of view, is not enabled.

As to the other communities to be touched, I agree more work is to be done.
However, the prime focus of this effort is to reach key decision makers at
corporates, who direct resources towards fixing basic UA issues like
linkability or tld validation rules.
