In the last few months I’ve been able to find the two PMs at Twitter that are in charge of updating the TLD list and the JS that linkifies. They have the issue in their pipeline of work.  They will only linkify active TLDs, so some .brands or no DUM TLDs still may not link when they complete their work.
I’ll keep the list updated as I hear about their progress.

You will notice that IDN is wrongly hyperlinked..And yes it was done automatically by twitter app.
