Hi Tarun, thanks for the information.
I am a bit puzzled because the article makes reference to web sites rather than domain names, so I am asking for clarification.
Are we talking about opening .in to registrations in different scripts - and therefore names of the form IDN.in - or are we talking about the introduction of IDN TLDs in local scripts? The latter, if I am not mistaken, would require ICANN’s approval under the ccTLD Fast Track programme or other Board decision.
Can somebody explain what is the case?
