Most of our work, as UASG, is about URL.

Many of documents are touching that issues and many measurement work is about that.

We contacted many times developers about those issues. 

 

I can only agree that there is many issues regarding URLs and that we are trying to solve them.

The URL issues are similar to the EAI issues but different and perhaps greater.

There are many many systems and data structures and formats that accept URLs and transport and carry them.  Which ones accept what kind of (non-ascii) URLs without mangling?
