[UA-discuss] UASG communications tools and guidelines

Dear UASG Community members,

 

I would like to introduce some recently prepared communications tools and
guidelines for your usage to improve creation and distribution of UA-related
content through the UASG social media channels and on the uasg.tech
<https://uasg.tech/>  website.

 

#UA Events Calendar

The UASG community members are invited to use the proposed UA EVENTS AND
ENGAGEMENTS FORM

to submit details about local or international events where you are taking
part to present UA thematic. The goal is to regularly publish information
about UA events worldwide in the website's calendar and to propose
additional opportunities for their announcement through UASG channels, if
requested. We encourage you to use the form at least 2-3 weeks before the
event so it can be properly published and announced.

 

#UA Publications in Social Media

If you would like to make a suggestion regarding what to post on UASG social
media channels, please fill out the UASG SOCIAL MEDIA SUGGESTION BOX

#UASG Publishing and Promotional Guidelines

The document provides recommendations and action plan if you would like to
publish/and or promote your content on uasg.tech or UASG social media
channels.

The guidelines are attached to the letter and will be available at the UA
Comms WG page on wiki
