Yes, @ Maria. I agree with your argument that if we mount good campaigns
involving all stakeholders( gov, civil societies, technical communities and
private sector) and we keep pounding the doors will open. Its like a person
who shuts herself in the room and the door is being knocked every half
hour. It will be a good disturbance and eventually she will open the door.
