    <p>When I get messages from this list, the .УКР in the subject line

      does not come through; although it's fine in the body of the

      message. That was true for Andre's original message, although the

      "scam alert" is new in this iteration.<br>

    </p>

    <p>Chinese and Arabic spammers that target me have no problem with

      subject lines in Chinese and Arabic, so I'm wondering whether it's

      something in the mail-list software used by ICANN.</p>
