<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">The selection criteria will include experience, understanding of UA & EAI, standing in their respective communities, and the clear ability to raise awareness. The selectors will also consider collective diversity of ambassadors. The designation of UA Ambassador will be for a period of twelve months and will be renewable as a decision of the UA Coordination Group. UA Ambassadors are expected to provide quarterly reports to the UASG on activities and results.</span></span></span></p>

<p style="margin-left:24px; text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Unlike all other positions in UASG where selection is done by community such significant positions were been left in hand of few peoples who have appointed there favorite contenders without corroborating their reputations, IT Industry knowledge, what they can delivery and contribute. Candidates with hardly any experience in IT industry were been made UA ambassadors who just leverage this position as fun and community members have put serious objections and criticisms against them. As the original period of 12 months is already concluded now, hence it is recommended that selection of UA ambassadors from every region must be done again in an appropriate genuine way. UASG must have assessable prerequisite and qualifying criteria for candidates who can apply for this position along with UASG expectations and deliveries desired from them. All current UA Ambassadors against whom there was any complain from community must be expelled from applying again. Will be virtuous if appointment of these UA ambassadors can be done before ICANN64 Kobe if not then contemporary UA Ambassadors should be suspended till next appointments.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-left:24px; text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">In conviction and faith that my Concerns and Recommendations will be taken in progressive reminder and UASG charter will act upon it prudently.
