<p class="MsoNormal">This is a call for nominations. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Anyone subscribed to the <span class="MsoHyperlink"><a href="mailto:UA-discuss@icann.org">UA-discuss@icann.org</a></span> mailing list is eligible to stand.<o:p></o:p></p>
