concept that all domain names should be treated equally and has evolved to
include email addresses (including Email Address Internationalization). Inspite
of the extensive support of ICANN and so qualified experts engaged from past
four years in UASG we were still not able to achieve the desired awareness and
documentations which would have helped adoption of UA, IDN’s and EAI. </p>
<p class="ydpa2362dedMsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:12.65pt"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family:Times New Roman;mso-bidi-font-family:Calibri;color:black">Available information and documents on uasg.tech do not
address all open questions and the effort does not reflect a “mission
accomplished.” </span></p>
<p class="ydpa2362dedMsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:12.65pt"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family:Times New Roman;mso-bidi-font-family:Calibri;color:black">Infact the efforts and deliverables to date from the
existing administrative group is not at all visible. As a matter of great
surprise the members of <b>existing administrative group even failed to make their
own businesses / organizations Universal acceptance ready till date with is decidedly
discouraging for the community and have great question mark on their
leadership</b>, dedication and focus for UA.</span></p>
<p class="ydpa2362dedMsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:12.65pt"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family:Times New Roman;mso-bidi-font-family:Calibri;color:black">I individually believes that <b>if there will be no change of
individuals in existing administrative group and people just swap the positions
for namesake then I seriously don’t see that anything will change in UASG approach
to promote the development and adoption of recommended practices and deployable
assets that will enable the currently </b>excluded ones to get online and
experience the wealth of opportunity that a natively accessible internet can
provide.</span></p>
<p class="ydpa2362dedMsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:12.65pt"><b><u><span style="mso-fareast-font-family:Times New Roman;mso-bidi-font-family:Calibri;color:black">What I as members
of UASG community expect from new administrative group:</span></u></b></p>
<ol style="margin-top:0in;list-style-position: inside" start="1" type="1">
<li class="ydpa2362dedMsoNormal" style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:12.65pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span>They must lead with
example and make clear Commitment to make their own businesses /
organizations Universal acceptance ready without any more delay.</span></li>
<li class="ydpa2362dedMsoNormal" style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:12.65pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span>Effectively impart the
value and potential benefits of adopting UA outside of a small set of
engaged providers and must have a help/support available for them. </span></li>
<li class="ydpa2362dedMsoNormal" style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:12.65pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span>Dedicate their team and
official’s to advocate the concepts of UA and encourage its adoption
widely in every region. </span></li>
<li class="ydpa2362dedMsoNormal" style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:12.65pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span>Dedicate their complete
focus on IDN and EAI. These are very important efforts within the UA
agenda and should get substantial resources / industry experts for its
further expansion of supporting technologies. </span></li>
<li class="ydpa2362dedMsoNormal" style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:12.65pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span>Develop meaningful materials
to provide quality guidance for implementers and solution providers.</span></li>
<li class="ydpa2362dedMsoNormal" style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:12.65pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span>Use UASG funds wisely in
outreach, communications and awareness component of IDNs, EAI, which has
completely lacked over the past four years.</span></li></ol>
<p class="ydpa2362dedMsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:12.65pt"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family:Times New Roman;mso-bidi-font-family:Calibri;color:black">I suggest everyone in the group must
genuinely think and then support any individual for any position
chair/vice-chairs, there is no impairment if we seriously think to have a very
strong dedicated and focused individuals now in the administrative group so
that what we were unable to achieve in last four years do not happen again.</span></p>
<p class="ydpa2362dedMsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:12.65pt"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family:Times New Roman;mso-bidi-font-family:Calibri;color:black">What we should consider is to give
chance to those strong think tanks who can help internet community on bringing
the mission of Universal Acceptance to a strong and successful result. Four
years period is not small period which we have given to existing individuals
presently involved in administrative group and we are still nowhere.</span></p>
