This is little disappointing to see the various Communications on election. I would request everyone to remain positive, hold your emotions and cast vote for candidates you think best. I have personally worked with everyone in current administrative group;
Ram, Richard and others, They are experienced professionals and they all know the subject well.<br>
<br>
Everyone has right to hold his opinion but give space for others opinion too. If you have a problem with someone/something, please participate, stand for the position or support the candidate who match your vision. In my view, that's the correct approach.<br>
<br>
Some people have nominated me too for Chair and I have been wondering that we are working here to volunteer our time and work for community & not for sitting in an examination paper to pass or fail. Please participate regularly during the years to raise your
points. <br>
<br>
I shared my concern with senior ICANN staff, whom I respect and is a fantastic professional. He told me that It's very difficult to change the things from outside, but be part of inner circle and try to change while formating concensus of community.

Let's stop this mud sledging where everyone gets dirty. We are here to bring people online not to make people leave groups and become offline.

Please see this as my humble request and vote for the candidates of your choice.<br>

Let's all be United to get billion people online while solving the UA issues.<br>
