The Ministry of Internal Affairs, Russian Federation, has a Russian IDN which is <a href="https://xn--b1aew.xn--p1ai" target="_blank">мвд.рф</a><br>

<div>Anyone encountered an IDN with a better Alexa ranking or encountered any ASCII DN that redirects to an IDN?</div>
