It’s also dreadful to know that when complaints were heard for Ambassadors approach adopted was to reached out to people that Secretary General know who have said that their performance is good. Are we running this community group on Secretary General beliefs and personal like /dislikes. Was there no laid down procedure that what Secretary General has to do to address complains, why no feedback was taken from community members. It’s evident that since few individuals were been appointed by Secretary General whom he wanted to be so community complains were ignored and no inquire was done which would have led to necessary action.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li>

We have heard complaints only of about one of the Ambassadors and have reached out to people that we know who have said that their performance is good.
