<p>on behalf of the team, I would like to thank you for the
feedback. It's great to finally get this document out after it
having been held back by unforeseen issues with ICANN Legal.</p>
<p>Now that the discussion has settled a bit, I am uploading a new
version of the document that addresses some feedback. You can find
it in attachment.</p>
<p>A bit of a changelong: John's EAI issue has been addressed;
Wendy's link has been added for clarification; some of Charles'
comments were used to further some points; extra consideration was
given to the HTML5 issue based on your constructive debate and
that section has been enhanced.<br>

<p>Some direct answers:</p>
<p>Marc: We don't know the legality of making the website data
available, and I don't feel very inclined to take another swim at
ICANN Legal's pool. Perhaps the leadership can set this
consultation as a goal. We handed the csv of the results over to
them.</p>
<p>Don: we had a limited time and budget to produce this document,
all the while rewriting the methodology to create a stronger basis
for future tests.</p>
<p>We propose an UA Dashboard as a next project to take on, as it
would allow for whatever correlations to be made between all tests
this group produces.</p>
<p>An "already registered" e-mail can happen when a website shares
its user database with another... this can happen in e-commerce,
for example.<span
