<p>I don't see how tinkering with the leadership structure of the
UASG does anything to promote Universal Acceptance. My work on
promoting Universal Acceptance includes giving presentations on UA
to the Internationalisation and Unicode Conferences multiple
times, and participating regularly in three UASG working groups.
In that work, I have come across many obstacles. Not having enough
vice-chairs of UASG has not been one of them. <br>

<p>Fariz Ahmadi, could you please tell us what work you have done to
promote Universal Acceptance? What obstacles have you
encountered? How would these proposed changes help remove those
obstacles?</p>
