Resending due to a copy/paste error, sorry!

  * Meetings are at Microsoft campus, Building 122.
     *   https://binged.it/2n3RoJx
  * Suggested Hotel is Seattle Marriott Redmond. I think Don is planning a cocktail there one night.

  * If you need assistance booking hotels, please let me know soon and Microsoft Travel can assist with bookings and rates.
  * Note that there are many hotels near Microsoft campus, so you are not limited to the Marriott. Marriott seems very nice, though.

The event is in Redmond WA near Microsoft campus. Stuart has suggested we see if we can get special corporate rates. My apologies for not thinking of that sooner.

Hi Don,
Do we already have a recommendation for the best hotel option next to the venue?

If we want to fund representatives coming to Seattle, can we put together a few more details?
Do we already have more people who will cover the topics on the agenda? If yes: Can we put together a little bit more information what the people can expect? That would help to sort out the right persons.
Also some information about what would be covered through funding and what will not be covered would be helpful.

Thank you,
Lars
