We cannot test components that do not exist.  

Roundcube, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, and MS Outlook are MUAs. They do
not have MSA, MTA, or other components.

Exim, Postfix, and Courier are mail servers with MSA and MTA but no MUA or MDA or anything else.
