[UA-EAI] [Ext] RE: EAI support in email tools and services

We probably need to have past work summary / content and connect in this report so there is visible path and approach.

This approach can continue even in next report. 

The Idea should be that if someone sees this report , reader should not see something missing and not keep guessing.
