Hello everybody,

`chcp 65001` worked for me to display an UTF-8 file with Japanese text. 
I guess that's because the console was already set to a Japanese font. I 
assume that it should work for Harsha with some Sinhala text in UTF-8, 
because the console should already have as suitable font.
