[UA-EAI] Canceled: UA EAI WG Meetings - Tuesdays at 14:30 UTC

Dear Jim and all,

Thanks for your email. I will be happy to provide clarification.

There are UA Day meetings this week and today as well. You can find them on https://uasg.tech/ua-day/.

Many UASG leaders, ICANN staff are supporting those events and some of us are travelling to attend those. Therefore, we don’t estimate high participation to WG meetings.

Regardless of having UA day event today or not, in fact UA Day events are requiring some sort of continuous back-office support such as planning, contracting, travel support, reporting as such. It was intense for many of us yet exciting to perform all these tasks during and after the ICANN76 meeting and long travels.

This week we had to cancel all WG meetings not only to handle the backlog of 50+ events and their transactions, etc, but also to allow time to community to join the UA Day events.

I will keep you all posted asap about the next WG meetings.

I hope you find this information helpful. We truly appreciate your understanding in allowing us to have a smooth transition from UA Day events back to WG meetings.

I am surprised by this cancellation.  UA Day was last week. What UA day events are happening on 4 April?
