[vip] Meet in IETF meeting

Dear Professor Xiaodong Lee 

Face-to-Face meeting is a good way of communication and to avoid conflicts.
So I agree with your idea of face-to-face informal meeting. 

It is good idea, ICANN may arrange a formal face-to-face meeting of ViP teams members before ICANN DAKAR Meeting.
  
Unfortunately, I Will not in the IETF meeting. However i will participate remotely.
