As annonced the documentation of the Interplus fringe to fringe 
framework is now published as a Draft by the IUTF.

This I_D will be debated on iutf at iutf.org (http://iutf.org/wiki) and

Variants are considered as supported by orthotypography and polynymy. 
The debate and experimentation will say how to continue.
