Work plan Is aggressive but possible.

I could not move my flight, so will miss today's call.

I hope my draft docs can maintain momentum on bringing Affirmation reviews into the bylaws.

The Stress Test 18 stuff is just a one-line change to bylaws, so no impact on work plan.

Best,
Steve

Hi all

Please see attached first cut of a work plan for our super-intensive sprint to help the CCWG get the proposal out in time.

It identifies the parts of the work we have to do and for each:

  * when a draft should be done,
  * when the WP1 will discuss it a first time
  * when the WP1 will discuss it a second time
  * when the WP1 can transmit it to CCWG

We have to get moving this fast because the timetable is driven by needing to get material in front of CCWG in time to make the deadline.

It requires us to have calls:

1 Apr
8 Apr
10 Apr
13 Apr

The interaction of this with the legal timeline isn't clear.

The key volunteers we need are those who would like to work with me as a group of editors and text improvers to prepare the first draft, based on the material we have done so far.

To be clear: I am happy to commit the time to actually DO the first working draft for all this content - I have time set aside to do it.

The question I will ask on the call is who else would like to commit to reviewing and helping improve my draft text? That involves some work between 3-5 April, the end of the Easter weekend.

That will need to be finished in time to send the work out to the whole WP as per the timetable.

So - food for thought and for discussion in 12hrs or so.

Staff: please add this to the Wiki.
