We spent some time today reviewing the current draft of the WP-1 document
which you provided to make sure that our April 10 memo (which was
recirculated this morning with some formatting improvements) to make sure
that it did address the various powers and mechanisms under consideration
in the WP-1 current draft document.  We prepared the attached with cross
references to our memo included for convenience, which we hope will be
useful.  We look forward to discussing further with you on the call on
Monday.
