[WP1] 6.5.5. Nomcom Recall Procedure - suggestion

A thought...
...The member gets removed by the same committee that put him in office.
What if the need arise and the board refuses to make the process see the
light of day?
What if the recall is based on bias from the noncom or the individuals
constituency ?

My thought.
