[WP1] Sentence on relationship of adding AOC reviews to bylaws and the AOC

Speaking for myself, not necessarily officially on behalf of the full Board, but nonetheless from my perspective as chair, I don’t have any fundamental problem with this idea, but please make sure there is a path for evolving these reviews over time.  There are four very specific AoC reviews:

o Accountability and Transparency

o Security, Stability and Resiliency

o Whois Policy

o Competition, Choice and Consumer Trust

It is likely some of these will remain relevant but others main become stale or need evolution.
