Jordan, great work putting this all together. Pity we’re still undecided about a mechanism, but we should be quite content with this document. As you must have noticed, I couldn’t keep up with the schedule. My respect for those who worked so hard on this.

Hi all

Just an outline of what happened to the comments...

I tried to incorporate a sense of Olivier's suggestion that the NomCom itself, not a special NomCom, should remove NomCom directors in the removal of directors (individuals) power.

I tried to incorporate some corrections of Sam's, and I softened the language about AoC termination to raise it as a possibility rather than as a recommendation - for discussion, obviously. (In retrospect I should have had it bold to draw attention.)

I forgot to attribute Robin's suggestion to Robin for which I apologise - it just occurred to me now I had forgotten to do that. Sorry Robin!!!

I took Steve's suggestion to remove the yellow highlight about including 8a and b in the AoC (questioning it) as that's mentioned in the drafting notes box following the table.

Seems to me that Sam's other suggestions are Workstream 2 improvements that we should not lose sight of.

Comments that arrive by 2300 UTC on Friday 17 April can be addressed and taken into account before I finalise this document and send it on to the whole CCWG.

I haven't been able to get the table thing to make sense, sorry (with thresholds for powers). I am also out of time.
