[WP1] Urgent - WP1 volunteers still required

I volunteer for the Community Mechanism items. I'm not sure if Greg 
volunteers to lead them, but if he didn't, I will.

It wasn't clear if we are talking about 3 sub-groups here, or 9. Which is it?
