A reminder our next meeting is in about 9 hrs, starting at 19h utc.

Agenda items as previously warned. Adam will circ a written version of this
soon, I hope.

Drafters, please circulate papers as soon as you are able.

If papers aren't available we will talk through the topics with the lead
drafters.

In either case I would be surprised if we take the full two hours.
