[WP1] Comments on Community Mechanism and revised Director Removal text

Many thanks Alan and the group for quickly revising these sections.

regarding the Board director removal section, I think we could emphasize 
the existence of a Community "Forum" discussion before any decision is 
reached by a specific SO or AC to remove their appointed Director.

Regarding the options for Nomcom, I would also suggest we focus more on 
the option we are putting for comments, rather than list all options, in 
order to avoid any misunderstanding.
