[WP1] WP Agenda draft1 for Meeting on Thurs 11 June 1800UTC

Hi all

We have our first of three meetings to do in intensively reviewing the
public comments in our area scheduled as follows:

1800-2000 UTC on Thursday 11 June.

The one and only agenda item is to be working through the public comments
received.

Our job by the 16th of June is to have a clear sense of:

1. Whether each comment generally signals:
- agreement
- concerns
- confusion
- divergence

2. Some initial advice for the CCWG on how to respond to the comment
- actions arising for further work
- other forms of response


Alice circulated a sliced out copy of the public comments which had just
the areas that Wp1 is responsible for. So *please review that carefully
before the meeting.*

We will most likely start with the easy stuff if we can - the areas with
fewer comments.

I'll confirm where the volunteer team has got up to, and with the
*specific* comments
we will focus on discussing, along with a link to and a copy of a doc with
first draft comments,

.. at about 0600 UTC on Thursday - in about eight hours.
