[WP1] Next meeting - agenda outline - Sat 13 Jun 0500

A brief reminder our next work party 1 meeting is on Saturday 13 June at
0500 UTC.

The planned agenda is to look at the community powers comments on the
public comment document.

Please make sure you have had a look at these, including through the Google
document previously circulated.

I'll send a PDF freeze of the doc around at about 20h UTC on 12 June as an
FYI; we will show the live google doc on screen for the call.

The following call is Sunday 14 June at 1800 UTC, where the call will work
through the summary of the mechanism material as agreed on the call ~16h
ago.
